RETAILERS and DISTRIBUTORS, please fill out the "NEW CLIENT FORM" and email it to us for registration. We will be happy to sign any forms you may have for us as well.
Once vendor setup is complete, diamond knives, accompanied by your PO, can be sent to us anytime. You will receive and evaluation as proof of receipt and to keep for your records.
Yes, AccuPoint Diamond offers a limited warranty on blades, epoxy, and calibration. Some exclusions apply. A policy summary can be found below.

Inspection & Notification (Blades and Handles)
All devices must be inspected upon receipt. Any damaged blades or improperly functioning handles must be reported to AccuPoint Diamond within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The device must then be returned for a full evaluation and must not have been used in a procedure. Once a device has been used this guarantee becomes void. If the issue is determined to qualify for warranty rework, AccuPoint Diamond will perform the necessary repairs at no cost and return the device to the customer.
Epoxy/Mounting & Calibrated Devices
Epoxy, mounting, and calibrated devices are warranted for a period of six (6) months from the most recent repair or invoice date. To qualify for warranty service, the device must not show signs of improper handling or overheating, and any loose blades must not exhibit damage.
Warranty Claims Process
All warranty claims require the device to be returned to AccuPoint Diamond for evaluation. Warranty eligibility will be determined upon inspection. If the device qualifies, AccuPoint Diamond will complete the necessary rework at no cost and return the device to the customer.
AccuPoint Diamond reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions. The terms and conditions of this policy are subject to change at our discretion.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped daily from Monday through Friday. Completed orders will typically ship the same day; however, FedEx or UPS Ground shipments may be delayed until the next business day due to carrier pickup scheduling. In the absence of an express shipment on a given day, ground packages may be held until the next business day or until a scheduled pickup occurs.
Shipping Insurance
Orders exceeding $5,000 USD will automatically have shipping insurance applied for the full invoiced value at the customer’s expense. AccuPoint Diamond also reserves the right to apply insurance, at its sole discretion, to shipments valued under $5,000 USD when deemed appropriate.
Customer-Provided Shipping Labels
If a customer provides their own shipping label, the customer assumes full (100%) responsibility for the shipment. AccuPoint Diamond is not liable for any loss, damage, or delivery issues associated with shipments sent using customer-provided labels.
Insurance Opt-Out
Customers may request to opt out of shipping insurance; however, this requires prior notification and a signed waiver acknowledging and accepting full responsibility. By opting out, the customer releases AccuPoint Diamond from any and all liability in the event of loss, damage, or destruction of the shipment.
